How to Refetch the Contents of Your Shared Story

Fix the dreaded "Just a moment" Title

Everyday, ManyStories helps thousands of readers discover and read stories by writers who they otherwise wouldn't have come across.

That's because thousands of writers share their stories on ManyStories.com, regardless of where they've actually published that story; be that on WordPress, Medium, LinkedIn, or their own self-hosted blog. Then, ManyStories distributes those stories to its growing network of readers, starting on day one and resurfacing it indefinitely.

As a writer, this is wonderful because you don't have to worry about marketing your stories, and you don't have to be sad that your hard work expires after the first few days or weeks post publishing.

With all of that said, while ManyStories makes it simple to share your story, the host of your story sometimes makes it harder than it has to be for us to properly fetch the contents of your story. One such problematic host is Medium, which sometimes temporarily blocks us from fetching the title, subtitle, keywords, and featured image for your story that you try to share on ManyStories.

As a result, you might see your story show up as "Just a moment..." on ManyStories instead of its actual title.

To fix this, simply click the menu button followed by "Refetch Contents". This will try to fetch the SEO contents of your article from where you published it.
